Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Where does my order ship from?

Our products are made by specialist suppliers and ship directly from their warehouse to your door. That is how we keep prices fair.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement. See Track Your Order.

I ordered several items. Why did only one arrive?

Items in one order can ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Can I return something?

We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so please check sizes and specifications before you order, or email us with any questions first. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

How do I contact you?
